I specialize in working with adults of all ages who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, grief, and the challenges that come with meaningful life change. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing and growth are possible when therapy is grounded in mutual trust, collaboration, and compassion.

Through a client-centered approach, we'll develop treatment goals together, based on your needs and preferences. Psychotherapy might include action steps to support growth and change - or a more relaxed, exploratory pace. Either way, you’ll find a space grounded in empathy, flexibility, and respect for your lived experience.

Warm, empathetic, and supportive. I work with clients in a collaborative way so as to put the client in control of their goals and treatment to the greatest extent possible. I also rely heavily on my training as a social worker which guides me to look beyond the client alone and consider the environment such as jobs, relationships, physical health, etc.

Given my lived experience with facing discrimination, oppression, and personal trauma, as well as witnessing family and friends in emotional distress, I felt a strong desire to help others. I have a strong belief that everyone is deserving of happiness and healthy relationships. I wanted to help others discover how to navigate life’s challenges.

I practice psychotherapy drawing from several theories and interventions including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Strengths Based and classical psychodynamic and behavioral theories. I currently am a Licensed Master Social Worker and practice under clinical supervision. Mindful Therapy Group manages all of my billing and scheduling.
