My therapeutic framework stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I like to use this as a basis for my work in combination with skills from trauma informed care, DBT, Mindfulness, and an overall person centered approach.

I became a therapist because I like to help people. I have worked in the field for over 20 yrs and continue to enjoy providing support for people.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have worked in my private practice for 2.5 years. I work remotely from home from my own office space.

I am also a certified Meditation Teacher and trained Yoga instructor. I enjoy exploring the whole self and encourage mindfulness and meditation practices to help with mental health and wellness.
