I work with individuals and couples in all kinds of relationship distress. Whether you’re struggling in your partnership, are feeling disconnected from those around you, or find yourself arguing with your kids more than you’d like, I’d love to help.

Together we will find new ways to relate with what has felt stuck or broken. When our ways of communicating and connecting with those we love break down, our whole world can go sideways. My role is to listen without the old hurts and fears and to help partners and individual clients hear new things in the same old messages they’ve been hashing out.

My clients describe me as approachable, openminded and honest. Some of my most memorable times in sessions have been when one partner turns to the other with new freshness and curiosity. Or when an individual client recognizes the love and support their friends have been trying to show all along.

I love doing this work because every day I get to witness my clients risking the vulnerability to put themselves out there and let themselves be seen. It is truly an honor to get to sit passenger seat to my clients' bravery and beauty and to honor the transformations that take place.

My training is in Existential therapy: asking the big questions, like what matters to me and how do I stay connected with it? I also have training and experience with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and parts work (IFS), which help us hone in on the emotions and vulnerabilities behind our actions, to better understand ourselves and those dearest to us.
