I strive to meet people where they are and help identify where their potential could take them. My focus is on increasing awareness and understanding of self. I work with people to draw on and build upon their existing strengths.

identify a path to help you work through what it means to be well in mind, body and spirit. We will dive into various aspects of your life to find and connect with the answers within.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with anger management, communication, relational issues, social anxieties or differences, or low self-esteem. I have experience with those impacted by distressing events and first responders as well as couples, families, and parents.
