My approach is focused and embodied. Oftentimes thinking through and talking about our problems alone is not enough to solve them. So much of our experience lives inside us at a "gut" level. Embodied therapy helps translate what we know intellectually into how we feel and live.

Together we will go deeper into your experience to contact your own power, pain, and capacity for growth. I believe in the dictum “Show me; don't tell me”. We’ll use experiential, evidence-based methods that reach the emotional layers beneath overthinking, helping you connect to what drives your patterns.
