I have an eclectic approach because everyone is different - I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Talk Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing.

I enjoy working with all people with any disorder ,any and all problems, but I specialize in those individuals who struggle with substance abuse issues and/or co-occurring disorders.

I became a therapist because:

Initially, I became a substance abuse counselor due to my own past struggles with addiction but it has become a passion in past years.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have a very flexible schedule and offer services both on-site and on-line (virtually).

I feel that I am able to relate well and understand most of what my clients are going through. Of course I will not be able to say I've "been there" to everything, but I feel confident I can help most individuals navigate their life's challenges.
