I am a “why” person. I believe there is a reason for all behaviors, feelings, relationship choices, decisions and addictions. Until we get to the cause of your problems we cannot solve them together.

Together, we will:

Develop a plan for healing, changing, and ‘getting better’. Because it’s often hard to decide where to start, determine what the real issue is or to prioritize multiple issues.

I became a therapist because:

People are fascinating to me. I enjoy teaching people what makes them tick. Because the more you can learn about yourself the better you can be.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am located in North Central Phoenix and depending on location and circumstances I am able to offer in home therapy.
