My approach to working with my clients is humanistic, meaning that I understand and respect that we make mistakes, that we have limitations and we also have the capacity to change, learn and grow.

Together we'll discuss your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and experiences, exploring their impact on your well-being. We will discuss strategies, tools and techniques to help you feel better and improve areas of your life that are important to you.

I work with people who have a hard time focusing and accomplishing their tasks and goals. My clients tend to feel confused and overwhelmed because while they are good at completing tasks for friends and family, their own tasks pile up, uncompleted.

I became a therapist because I know from first hand experience the life changing, positive impact therapy can have on individuals and their families.

My approach is to accept a person's situation, thoughts and feelings as valid. I will accept and validate your experiences! Together we'll explore areas you want to address or change and together we will find tools to support changes you want to see.
