I specialize in anxiety, stress, childhood, sexual, & religious trauma, emotional/binge eating, addictive behaviors, perfectionism, co-dependency, fear of changing, health & wellness, & psychedelic & plant medicine preparation & integration.

I became a therapist because:

I have a deep love & affection for humanity, therapy has been something that has assisted me tremendously, & I love working with others.
