I meet you where you are. My style is warm, direct, and tailored to what works for you. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches rather than relying on a single model because every person is different and what helps one client may not help another. I believe you already have the capacity for growth, and my role is to help you access it.

Together we will identify what's getting in the way and build practical strategies you can use in your daily life. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or a life transition, we'll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. The goal is real tools and a clearer sense of where you're headed, not just insight.

I've always been passionate about health and wellness in all its forms. I've seen firsthand how powerful it can be when someone has a safe space to be honest about what they're going through and a person in their corner who believes in their ability to grow. That's the work I want to do every day.

I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from GCU and my BS from ASU. My background spans crisis work, child safety, residential treatment, and hospital behavioral health. I'm bilingual in English and Hungarian. Outside of work I'm hiking, cooking, or at a concert. I offer in-person and telehealth from our Scottsdale office.
