I am available Tuesday-Saturday from 9 AM-7 PM.
My clients describe me as:
I have been told I am open, genuine, and helpful in providing a safe space.
Something to know about my approach is:
Many of my clients have seen multiple therapists. If you have seen more than one therapist for trauma or mood disorders and notice you are hitting a dead end without change, I know which steps to take next.
Together, we will:
We work together to learn what you need to gain safety, connect with others, change the guilt and shame you experience into acceptance and kindness, and feel comfortable in everyday life.
I specialize in working with people who:
People who experience relationship challenges, rumination, flashbacks, overdoing things, feeling lazy, burning out, and constant fear of judgment or rejection can often believe everything is their fault. I help clients feel comfortable in themselves.
I became a therapist because:
Being heard, accepted, understood, and valued are things I believe everyone should experience in a therapeutic relationship.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I work with the whole body because the brain and body are connected. We can often forget this when our thoughts are usually the focus of our issues.
More about me and my practice:
I am currently an associate licensed counselor and work under the supervision of Dr. Weinberg. I have been practicing for five years and have been able to provide successful discharges to many people who have seen many therapists over the years.
