A non-judgmental therapist who works from a client-centered focus. I strive to maintain neutrality in a family and couple system.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am a Gottman Level 2 therapist. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT). I place an emphasis on attachment in all relationships. I believe all relationships can be healed. We all need to feel supported and heard.

Work towards healing your relationship, get out of problematic cycles and change patterns in order to get you to a better and stronger connection. We will establish new ways of you connecting and growing together as a couple/family.

I specialize in working with people who:

are couples identifying as LGBTQ+, Hispanic and Spanish-speaking couples and families, families with teenagers, sibling conflict and grief and loss within family systems. I also work with individuals navigating relationship issues like boundaries.

I became a therapist because:

I have a passion for helping others. I recognize the relational nature of problems and the importance of addressing the foundations of a problem.
