My goal is to make therapy as comfortable and non-intimidating as possible while still addressing your issues and goals effectively. While therapy is a collaborative process, I believe each client is the expert of their own experience, and I hope to empower my clients to own their strengths and reach their full potential.

Together we will reframe thoughts, gain perspective on patterns that may be holding you back in life, learn about boundaries and the impact they have on relationships, manage perfectionism and procrastination, improve communication, quiet that critical inner voice, conquer unnecessary guilt or shame, and support you in fully loving and accepting yourself.
