I create an empathetic, non-judgmental space where clients can explore triggers and symptoms affecting their mental health. I use a variety of approaches—including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, person-centered, narrative, art, and solution-focused therapy—tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on people of color and LGBTQ+ clients. I treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, intimate partner violence, anger, self-esteem, disabilities, chronic illness, post-bariatric surgery challenges, and grief and loss, tailoring care to each individual’s needs.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and find healing. I’m motivated by supporting people in understanding themselves, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. Witnessing growth and transformation in others is both inspiring and deeply rewarding.

I attended Southern New Hampshire University, where I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Human Services in 2019. After completing my undergraduate degree, I attended Capella University, where I earned my Master's in Social Work in 2023
