I work with couples to heal their emotional wounds and any resentment that may have built up as a result of attachment injuries and ongoing disconnect. I have a lot of resources for both neurodiverse and neurotypical couples. I find homework helpful.

Make sure you gain insight into who you are as a partner, of your roles and needs in the relationship cycle. We will work on connecting past events and upbringing with how those patterns show up today so we can make some meaningful change.

I specialize in working with people who:

Couples who don't want to let resentment rule their dynamic. Couples who are neurodivergent and need a different way of working in therapy. Couples who struggle with intimacy and sex.

I became a therapist because:

I was a client in couples therapy myself and witnessed first hand how much it helped my relationship. I was inspired to do the same for other couples.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer video sessions in an office full of plants and books, with my little dog offering unwavering support.

I believe that any couple deserves the chance to rebuild their relationship and to both give and receive love. I have seen that with the right guidance, people have the inner resources they need to transform: internally and in relationship.
