I work primarily with EMDR and IFS/parts work — two approaches that help you process trauma and quiet inner conflict without having to relive every detail. Therapy with me is warm, non-pathologizing, and queer-affirming. You don't have to perform or explain yourself; we just get to work at your pace.

Gently process the experiences still shaping your present, build tools to regulate the overwhelm, and help you reconnect with who you are underneath the survival strategies. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place you can finally exhale.
