My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and trauma informed. I see mental health experiences as natural reactions to your environment- your nervous system is reacting this way for a reason, and I will help lead you in an inquiry to figure out why.

Explore the specifics of your story to get to the root as to why your mental health is the way it is, find what you need in order to move out of old distressing patterns and into new paths of wellbeing, and nourish your authenticity.

I specialize in working with people who:

Identify as LGBTQIA+, who are self aware, highly sensitive and empathetic, and struggle with perfectionism or people pleasing. They tend keep their pain to themselves but are looking for support in going deeper in their self-exploration.

I became a therapist because:

I know how awful it is to be alone with your pain. I seek to give my clients the safe, affirmative space to be heard and validated that they deserve.

Sessions available in person in Agoura Hills, virtually on Zoom, or at a ranch in Malibu for equine assisted life coaching!
