Something to know about my approach is:

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Relational Therapist who talks a lot about emotions and core beliefs/narratives and asks you to notice sensations in your body when sharing your stories. It's scary to face/sit with them. I'm here as a safeguard.

Together, we will:

talk about your past, childhood experiences, and family dynamics that continue to bother you in your current relationships, work, and self. It's all connected. We will start to process what happened. Our goal is to no longer be disturbed by them.

I specialize in working with people who:

have immigrant experiences in the family, lived with more than two cultures. They may have painful narratives about self, have trauma in childhood and from family, and a history of sexual trauma.
