We will work together using techniques from various modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Technique as well as I-CBT. My goal is to support you where you are at, wherever that may be on your therapeutic journey.

We will understand your worries, executive dysfunction or focus challenges; how they impact productivity & relationships. We will challenge the negative thinking patterns & behaviors, learning how to reframe them as well as how to be more present.

My clients find me genuine and down-to-earth, a good listener, even a tad bit funny. They feel safe with me and are comfortable being vulnerable.

I enjoy supporting and assessing adults 18+ who have, or are suspicious of having, ADHD, Anxiety and/or OCD learn more about their challenges, set & achieve goals, develop coping strategies for healing, & feel more connected in their relationships.

I have always been a natural caretaker. I grew up surrounded by ADHD & learning differences; I saw the struggles that ensued and wanted to help others

You have a story to tell, I'm here to listen. When not working with clients, I can be found reading a book in my hammock, swimming or doing pilates. I make a mean apple pie but would rather eat a chocolate chip cookie over pie any day.
