Q&A
Motherhood is Tough, Especially With an Empty Cup and a toddler. You don’t recognize yourself anymore and you don’t know where to start.
I have an intentionally casual style that allows me to build trust, relationships, and rapport at the client's pace and comfort level. I use a customized mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques.
In therapy we will determine how to care for yourself. Explore the connections between past and present relationships. Process, grieve and make peace with painful feelings and experiences. Build healthy coping skills and set healthy boundaries.
I help moms who feel disconnected, judged or detached from their own families find confidence and peace in motherhood while working through deep rooted painful unmet needs. My clients often struggle with insecure attachment, shame, and anxiety.
I want to ease the isolation, mom guilt and shame around motherhood and I see a direct positive impact the right therapy has on clients.
In therapy we will work together to determine how and what you need to care for yourself (while your toddler is on the couch watching Blippi)
In my practice, I help moms who feel disconnected, judged and overstimulated find confidence and peace in motherhood while working through deep rooted painful unmet needs. My clients often struggle with insecure attachment and anxiety.
