My approach is warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, safe, and collaborative. One strength is my ability to develop and maintain trust with people, have seen the value in earning trust with others through their improvement in the process. I approach people with curiosity to gain a better understanding of their perspectives, experiences, values, and beliefs.

The therapy process is your journey. Together we will explore and process your unique experiences by taking steps that feel safe and are also encouraging in the amount of time that feels right for you.

I became a therapist to be part of meaningful and impactful work by connecting with others and helping them process their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. It was also to challenge the stigma around mental health and receiving mental health services.
