help you to understand more about yourself and your patterns, develop new coping skills to manage difficult or stressful parts of your life, and relate to your experiences in more compassionate and empowering ways.

I specialize in working with people who:

are pregnant/postpartum, professionals in high demand fields, and couples. I love supporting clients with navigating anxiety, imposter fears, self-criticism, burnout, perfectionism, perinatal mental health issues, and relationship concerns.

I became a therapist because:

I feel honored to support people to navigate deeply painful moments, and also to help them live fuller, more authentic and joyful lives.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and have advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy for couples.

I am a social justice oriented therapist - I am mindful of my clients’ intersecting identities & committed to providing culturally affirming care. I also have 9 years of experience working with UC Berkeley and UCSF graduate/professional students.
