I work with South Asian women around identity, self-esteem, people-pleasing, and boundary-setting, as well as supporting couples in navigating communication challenges, in-law relationships, and cultural dynamics.

I want to help South Asians who often feel unseen or misunderstood. I wanted to create a safe space where individuals and couples can explore identity, heal from cultural pressures, and build confidence to live authentically and with balance. Also because I really like to talk and am a chatterbox!

Born and raised as a Punjabi girl in England, and later moving to the U.S., I deeply understand the challenges of cultural adjustment. My own journey taught me what it feels like to navigate identity, family expectations, and belonging across different worlds—insight I now bring into my work as a therapist.
