My clients describe me as dedicated and supportive. I am committed to helping them work through challenges, grow into the person they want to be, uncover their true potential, and lead a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and worth celebrating.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and couples. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related challenges, grief and loss, relationship issues, and other life experiences.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and find healing. I wanted to create a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their emotions, build resilience, and grow into their fullest potential.

I enjoy listening to music, watching shows/ movies and spending quality time with my friends, family and my cat, Cyrus. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from CSU Channel Islands in Psychology and a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.
