My clients describe me as:
empathetic, grounded, authentic, accepting, supportive, and flexible.
Something to know about my approach is:
My therapy approach is existential therapy with focuses on strength, mindfulness, self-expression and choices. I believe that humans exist with conditions such as anxiety and therapy is a liberating process to find meaning.
Together, we will:
explore who you are, what it means to be you, how to express yourself, and how to feel more comfortable being authentic to yourself and others. We may also talk about existential topics such as meaning of life, anxiety, death, and freedom.
I specialize in working with people who:
experience emotional distress, such as anxiety, depression, anger, and confusion, due to problems related to family conflict, self-esteem, acculturation, relational stress, parenting stress and traumatic experience.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to understand myself and figure out my own emotional pain.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Right now I only offer teletherapy through video conferencing due to the pandemic.
More about me and my practice:
I believe that there're many different ways of healing. What is more important is what make sense to you in your live. Thus, I also utilize tools and concepts such as communication skill and problem solving skill o help tailor therapy to your needs.
