I use an intuitive, relational, insight and depth-oriented approach that is trauma informed and pulls from twenty years of combined experience in social work and depth psychology. I’m primarily trained in the analytical psychology of Carl G Jung, which can address a diverse range of issues and is wide and deep enough for the complexity of a human life.

Build a space and relationship that allows your pain, fears, and desires to emerge. I will ask about known ancestral histories to get a sense of the ancestral burdens, gifts and blessings you might be carrying. We will attend to neglected pain from the past, and nurture new growth, vitality, and possibilities for the future. I'm also skilled in dream work.
