My clients describe me as:
compassionate, helpful, caring and real.
Something to know about my approach is:
I approach mental health from a holistic approach. I love to incorporate mindfulness, yoga, play, and the expressive-arts along with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic approaches.
Together, we will:
explore your uniqueness, your strengths, your struggles, your goals, and different ways to help you live the life you want to live.
I specialize in working with people who:
want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, heal from childhood trauma, learn positive coping skills, and have a desire to more fully understand and gain control of their reactions/responses, their strengths and their struggles.
I became a therapist because:
I love helping others, ugh cliche I know. But, I really do!
