Dr. Lindsay Fulton

I’m trained in psychodynamic therapy, where one seeks the causes and origins of suffering and works through them, healing and letting them go. I use empathy and gentle curiosity to discover and understand the origins of problems.

We’ll work together to create new, adaptive, and rewarding ways of living. This approach results in clients feeling more relaxed and present, and increases their ability to make decisions that are aligned with their values.

My style is warm and relational, empathic and kind.

I specialize in working with people who have a history of trauma and/or abuse and/or suffering, and would like to heal from those wounds.

I've seen and been moved by the healing power of this work. I find it incredibly rewarding for myself and effective for my patients.

The work that I do is focused on discovering and understanding the underlying causes of your problems. My focus is on long-term healing, which is very rewarding and can improve your life in significant, palpable ways.
