My clients describe me as:
creating an inclusive, warm, supportive environment in which clients are seen & heard. Everyone is welcome, including Black Lives Matter & LGBTQIA2S+.
Something to know about my approach is:
I have a inquisitive style stemming from deep curiosity about each client. I treat clients as individuals, and have a flexible style geared towards each person's unique needs, concerns, and situations. I use research-validated approaches in my work.
Together, we will:

I specialize in working with people who:
I specialize in working with adult women with ADHD in therapy and the anxiety and depression that can accompany it. I also conduct neuropsychological assessments of neurodiversity (such as ADHD) in people of all ages.
I became a therapist because:
I have ADHD & have a unique window into how it can impact someone. My daughter also has ADHD which inspired me to advocate for client's rights.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is a light-filled, welcoming safe space. I'm located in the vibrant Solano Ave strip lined with coffee shops, restaurants, and bookstores.
More about me and my practice:
I received my PhD in 2001 and play bass guitar. My practice is a supportive, inclusive setting where clients feel welcomed and celebrated. I take a strengths-based approach, and together we identify your strengths and how you can play to them.
