Are experiencing difficulty with managing their stress, relationships, school and job demands, and family. They might experience sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, ADHD, or have a trauma history.

I became a therapist because:

To help people feel safe, empowered, and to recognize that many of our concerns and struggles are commonly shared--we just don't always talk about it!
