Seeking help is hard! I meet people where they are at. I value the therapist-client relationship, and work really hard to establish and maintain a trusting relationship. I use evidence-based practices to inform the work that we do.

Are experiencing difficulty with managing their stress, relationships, school and job demands, and family. They might experience sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, ADHD, or have a trauma history.
