It is human nature to grow - therefore, I see therapy as an ongoing, organic process. My orientation is humanistic and existential at heart. I trust that with the right support, my clients can reconnect with their own inner sense of true direction.

In sessions, we’ll cultivate a relationship of respect and dignity. We’ll pay attention to your present moment experience, practice sustained, open curiosity about what arises, and acknowledge your own subjective meaning in that process.

While I welcome clients of all backgrounds, I resonate particularly well with artists, performers, and anyone exploring what it means to exist creatively. I also work well with individuals integrating identity-related matters and life transitions.
