I strive to help clients work towards maximizing their well-being, and understanding how the subconscious mind is directly affected by the physiological components of the body in interaction with the conscious mind.

Underlying my approach I come from a humanistic philosophy based on mutual respect, and utilize tools from CBT, transpersonal therapy (hypnotherapy, psychedelic integration, somatic exercises), & ACT.

I specialize in working with people who:

are feeling stuck in their lives whether its from dealing with anxiety, depression, the aftermath or trauma, or relational issues. I love to work with clients who are motivated to overcome their issues as I offer solution focused treatment.
