My primary goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to be truly seen. From that place, we can work together using individualized therapeutic approaches to support you in feeling a sense of clarity, self-acceptance, and safety in your body.

They say I listen deeply, help them gain clarity, and support them in making meaningful, lasting changes. They appreciate my warmth, insight, and the genuine care I bring to every session and challenge.

I work with adolescents and adults, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, attachment issues, and codependency. The world can be hard — we all deserve support in finding our way through life’s challenges.

I have a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. I am practicing as an Associate Clinical Social Worker.
