My therapeutic approach is centered around Person-Centered care, Wholistic, Culturally-Sensitive, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Grief Therapy/Bereavement Support, Strengths-Based Perspective, Motivational Interviewing, Faith Integrated Intervention

It is my aim to collaborate with you to cultivate a positive, therapeutic relationship that allows you to thrive.

I am passionate and honored to partner with Black/People of Color, young adults, older adults, navigating life & health transitions, caregiver stress, grief and loss, faith related, religious/spiritual distress, stress, chronic illness.

It is forever my goal as a clinician to strive for excellence, be purposeful in action and maintain a learner’s mindset.

I also am honored to work alongside patients and families at the end of life stage on a daily basis.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Social Work degree from Azusa Pacific University, with a specialization in Geriatric Social Work.
