I work in a person-centered approach built on psychodynamic and existential psychotherapies. Meaning, first I will try to understand you and your immediate concerns, and then we will deepen into who you are and your life's meaning.

Determine your own goals for therapy, then I will be by your side as you approach your burdens and questions. If we walk through a dark forest, I walk with you.

struggle with anxiety and perfectionism, are working through religious/spiritual trauma and other kinds of trauma, have creative blocks around artistic work, or are questioning their relationship with substances.

I like being with people and working with what they are going through. I find personal meaning in connection and care.

The most important thing for me is meeting someone where they are at - your goals, not mine. I listen very carefully to what you are saying, how you say it, and what I sense may still need words. I make a holding place for difficult feelings, and I help you pay attention to your body, to make connections between your thoughts, feelings, and sensations.
