that we work to align your energy with your authentic self, uncovering connection and purpose. We work holistically, aiming to stretch beyond intellectual awareness to foster mental, emotional, and spiritual connection, and nervous system shifts.

work on developing emotional recognition skills, increasing self awareness, gently shifting limiting thinking patterns, and becoming more conscious of how you respond so you can feel calmer, clearer, and grounded as you navigate life.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling to connect with themselves and others because of anxiety, depression, grief, or low self-esteem. I also work with couples facing relationship disconnection where partners may be experiencing loneliness, resentment, rejection, and hurt.

I became a therapist because:

I have been inspired by people's stories, human potential, and helping others. Early on, I loved reading biographies, journaling, and volunteering.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that my Calabasas office is a cozy and contemporary space with white soft bouclé fabric seating, original art, and dried flowers.
