My clients describe me as:
warm, curious, authentic, and caring. I believe you are the expert on your own life; it's my job to serve as a witness and a guide.
Something to know about my approach is:
I help children and teens move through difficult phases of life with confidence and courage, so that they can feel more at peace and connected with those around them. I also work with couples and families struggling to communicate and connect.
Together, we will:
investigate your past, examine your relationships, and piece together your life story. We will determine what's been holding you back and figure out how you can live more fully.
I became a therapist because:
I think people are interesting, and genuinely good at heart. It is such a privilege to connect deeply, and to bear witness to healing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am available for tele-health anywhere in the state of California. I am also currently seeing limited clients in person (with masks), as necessary.
