My clients appreciate my perception, how I listen intently, and get in the trenches to not leave anyone overwhelmed with pain alone.
I use the organization of EMDR to have a sense of direction in our therapy together. I care for your nervous system by helping your mind and body work through painful material through imagery, movement, and attuned storytelling.
Identify moments in your life where you have felt connected, confident, and at ease, and, continue to expand your tolerance for disappointments in life while continuing to pursue living as your authentic self within caring relationships.
Most of my clients have tension in their chest, shoulders, and neck, and struggle with GI issues stemming from years of prioritizing sensing how others are and taking care of others, neglecting who they are, what they want in life, and how they feel.
When I was 13 I attended group and family therapy at Kaiser and my confidentiality was breached. I vow to show up for others in the way I needed then.
In choosing an office, connection to nature is important to me: the sound of birds, a fresh breeze, and proximity to nature trails or beach walks.
It is important to me that what we do in sessions matters and impacts how you think about yourself and live your life between sessions. We will always have a plan for the next session: for deeper work. We can always follow your lead and adapt goals.
