I love helping people to process and work through painful and traumatic events from the past and achieve peace and closure in their lives. I use cognitive behavioral techniques and EMDR to identify and work with unproductive core beliefs and trauma.

Together, we will:

Work toward healing attachment wounds, trauma from childhood, grief, and other painful formative life events. We will create a space where emotions can be experienced safely. With your input, we’ll make a plan for your healing!

I became a therapist because:

I love collaborating with people on a healing journey. I feel amazed by the courage people embrace as they share their stories in therapy.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy in a fully virtual practice, which I love! I’ve been practicing via telehealth since 2017 (before it was cool). ;)

More about me and my practice:

Meeting new people and hearing their stories is one of my favorite things. Having a positive and trusting relationship with my clients is important to me and I find working as a therapist-client team very fulfilling.
