My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering. I create a warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences openly. I use evidence-based approaches to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, build coping and emotional regulation skills, and heal from past trauma.

Together, we will work on identifying patterns, learning new tools, and creating healthier ways to cope and thrive.

I am often described as affirming and inclusive. Clients from diverse backgrounds—including people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals—say they feel respected, validated, and truly seen in our work together. They appreciate not having to over-explain their experiences and value the cultural sensitivity I bring into sessions.

I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. I also work with individuals experiencing major life transitions, including young adults adjusting to new responsibilities, parents navigating family dynamics, and those coping with separation or divorce.
