Currently have morning and afternoon availability M-F.
My clients describe me as:
My clients describe me as a no BS kind of therapist, but also warm and that I make therapy fun!
Something to know about my approach is:
I take a very directive approach, and really hold my clients accountable. I find that you get out of therapy what you put into it, and I can't work harder than you if you want to feel better. I make an effort to mix humor in, but it's hard work!
Together, we will:
Not only help you to feel better, but ultimately to help you *get* better. We'll focus on how your symptoms impact you right here, right now, and make meaningful changes to your habits and routines to improve your life.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with OCD and anxiety disorders - in particular, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and panic disorder.
I became a therapist because:
of a great AP psychology class I took in high school! I got hooked very early to learn how the brain works and impacts your life and functioning.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer therapy wherever you are! Remote therapy has opened up a world of possibility and hope to people for whom therapy was previously inaccessible.
More about me and my practice:
I am new to private practice after spending the bulk of my career working in agencies, hospitals, and group practices. My personal practice mission is to make mental health care more accessible to those who need it.
