I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults from all walks of life. I support clients navigating self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, ADHD, communication issues, emotional regulation, grief, life transitions, autism, stress management, self-care, and more.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been driven to help people feel seen, understood, and supported. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore their experiences, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Graphic Design with a double major in Web Design and Psychology, and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SNHU. I am now pursuing a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University. Before mental health, I worked in corporate management and operations.
