My approach centers trauma informed care, liberation, and somatic practices.

I work with folks on building insight and reflection around their personal experiences in order to promote deeper change and a practice around healing. I provide trauma education while integrating different somatic practices throughout therapy.

I work with folks who want to learn more about their stress or trauma responses and develop a practice of healing that guides them back to themselves, their body, and their roots.

I become a therapist because I wanted to be someone who cultivated a place to land for folks who have had to navigate life and pain alone.

I have had the honor of witnessing folks make significant life changes by getting their dream job, developing community, establishing healthy connection with their body, and feeling safe in relationships.
