Hello! I'm Dr. Cristal, a clinical licensed psychologist. I draw on strength-based, humanistic, and relational principles to guide our work together.

My training at world renowned U.S. children's hospitals, including Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, has provided me with over 6 years of experience working with youth and adults.

I specialize and publish work in: coping with chronic illnesses, career-related issues (burnout, work-life balance), trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and stress related to first-responder families.
