work on your goals, examine issues like communication style, upbringing, trauma history, boundaries, relations with others and adjust what needs to be looked at in a way that helps you to grow.

I specialize in working with people who:

may have had trauma. Maybe you have found yourself in a toxic relationship or are estranged from family. I will help you with setting boundaries with love and self care to love yourself first. You deserve your own love.

I became a therapist because:

I have a passion for helping underserved communities and saw those who needed help get lost in the system. I want to empower those who need it most.
