My aim in therapy is to help you understand yourself on a deeper level. The more you feel secure in yourself the better choices you make.
Therapy is not a one size fits all. You are an individual with individual needs. I am trained in several modalities focusing mainly on Trauma and Anxiety. In treatment we will use traditional talk therapy along with non-traditional therapy approaches
In a non-judgmental environment we will work together in building your strengths. We will work on healing what needs to be healed so that your life and future does not have to be defined by your past experiences and current fears.
I work with individuals who have tried traditional therapy and it just hasn't brought the results that they wanted.
