Something to know about my approach is:
I work through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens, which looks at thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they are connected. Feelings like these can feel unmanageable, so we will focus on how to look at behaviors and perceptions to feel better.
Together, we will:

I specialize in working with people who:
I specialize in issues around anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. I enjoy helping client address issues around self esteem and confidence. I also have experience addressing ADHD issues using the CBT model.
I became a therapist because:

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have 2 cats and a dog and sometimes they make an appearance in my video sessions!
