I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, or trauma; new moms and dads; teens and teen parents; and those navigating life transitions. My focus is on helping you find balance, heal, and grow in a supportive space.

I became a therapist because my own life struggles and healing journey have made me passionate about helping others heal.

I offer Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and use therapy animals in sessions to support healing, if desired by the client.
