I am a certified CBT therapist and am also trained in ERP, DBT, prolonged exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and TF-CBT. I utilize an integrative approach and customize treatment to meet each individual clients needs.

I help BIPOC teens and young adults learn how to manage their emotions, increase insight/self-awareness, and improve confidence by identifying how their maladaptive thoughts and behaviors are interfering with them reaching their full potential.

I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate difficult life transitions including but not limited to parenthood, grief, divorce, college, family dynamics, break ups, and trauma.

I have experience navigating my own mental health & through that I grew passionate about helping other BIPOC find healing and support.
