I have a waitlist for new clients. If you would like to be added to it, I can notify you when I have an opening available.
My clients describe me as:
Clients tell me that I have a calming presence, and that I'm great at offering another perspective in order to challenge their negative self-beliefs.
Something to know about my approach is:
I help clients engage in self-compassion and develop healthy boundaries during the experiences of processing and grieving their loss of Self due to external and internal expectations.
Together, we will:
discuss and re-assess self-esteem, self-worth, and "enough-ness" (through validating and supporting my clients as experts of themselves), along with boundaries, modifying core beliefs, and engaging in self-care.
I specialize in working with people who:
are in the LGBTQIA+ community, non-monogamous and kinky adults, and neurodivergent clients (by creating a safe-space to honor my client's experiences and expertise in themselves).
I became a therapist because:
I have interests in brain structure/chemicals, validating lived experiences, and creating a more holistic view of health and Self development.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I like to exist an auditor of reality in a curious way while validating experiences and working with clients to build their own authentic life.
More about me and my practice:
My work focuses on deepening my client’s relationships with themselves through creating boundaries, modifying negative self-thoughts, and cultivating an experience of self-care and self-compassion. I believe in taking a collaborative approach.
