I am empathetic and hold a non-judgmental space for my client's to feel comfortable in identifying and processing emotions and current stressors.
I take on a integrative approach with person centered therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to meet my client's where they are at. I formulate each session to focus on my client's goals and holding space for them to work towards those goals.
Together we will identify goals for therapy and steps to be taken to meet those goals.
